Talk about a wild and crazy
race! Try running 7 miles with 10 pound shoes ... and try riding 15 miles on a bike at 20
miles an hour with rain pelting your eyes! It rained cats and dogs the ENTIRE
course and, of course, only let up as we were packing our bikes back into the car to
leave. Go figure! Well, we certainly feel like veteran racers now! Date: April 28, 2002
