This is a 5K Race which we both did in 2001.
It was our first race last year and again this year. BUT, there were early signs of
improvement already as both of us beat last year's times! Ellen dropped 13 seconds, and
Frank dropped 2 seconds. Next week's race will be a big step up for us both as we head
into our first biking race in Maryland. Time:
